Follower Contest Terms and Conditions

By accessing this page, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Osmoú if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Organizer: This contest is hosted by Osmoú (@osmou.co, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

2. Eligibility:

• Participants must be residents of Malaysia, or have an address here.

• Participants must have a public Instagram account.

• Entrants must follow the Osmoú Instagram page (@osmou.co).

• Only one entry per participant is allowed.

3. Mechanics:

• To enter the contest, participants must:

  • Follow the Osmoú Instagram page (@osmou.co).

  • Share the contest post to their Instagram story within the contest period.

  • Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the contest post.

  • Ensure their Instagram account is public.

4. Contest Period: The contest is open for entries from January 2, 2024 to January 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

5. Prizes:

• Ten (10) winners will be selected at random.

• Each winner will receive a prize consisting of:

  • RM50 e-wallet credit.

  • One (1) Osmou product chosen by the Organizer from our latest collection.

6. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the contest closes.

• Winners will be announced on the Osmoú Instagram page (@osmou.co) within 14 working days of the contest closing and contacted via direct message.

7. Prize Claiming:

• Winners will be instructed on how to claim their prizes in the direct message notification.

• Prizes will be sent electronically or delivered within 30 days of confirmation. Winners may be required to provide their address for delivery purposes.

8. Disqualifications:

• Entries that do not comply with the mechanics will be disqualified.

• Entries from private accounts will be disqualified.

• Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of Instagram's terms of use.

9. Data Privacy:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to allow the Organizer to collect and store their Instagram usernames and email addresses for the purposes of this contest and future marketing activities.

• Participant data will not be shared with any third-party, except as required by law.

10. General:

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in the contest constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Any disputes arising from the contest will be settled by the Organizer at its sole discretion.
