Shipping Information

• Shipping Destinations: We offer both domestic and international shipping. International orders may require additional time for delivery.

Returns Policy:

• Return Eligibility: Defective products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Additional terms may apply.

• Return Process: Customers must notify us at hello.osmou@gmail.com regarding the issue. If the return meets our policy, customers should return the product in its original box. We will cover the returning shipping fees under normal circumstances.

Damage or Defective Items
